Writing Drop-Ins

Drop-ins take place in the Weinstein Learning Center on the first floor of Boatwright Library. Writing Consultants typcially spend about 30 minutes with students during drop-in visits.

Drop-in hours for the Fall 2026 semester are Mondays–Thursdays, 10 am–10 pm; Fridays, noon–6 pm; and Sundays, noon–6 pm. You do not have to sign up beforehand to meet with a Writing Consultant during drop-in hours.

Please bring any drafts, assignment instructions, resources, or notes that will help your consultant to provide the best feedback possible. However, you don’t need a written draft to attend drop-in hours.
