Technology Studio

The Weinstein Learning Center’s Technology Studio supports the creation and use of multimedia in teaching and learning with an emphasis on course-related digital media projects. Open to all current students and faculty, we provide software, equipment, and support for the creation of audio, video, graphics, websites, AR/VR experiences, and 3D objects. Our student staff members are available for one-on-one consultations and tutorials, helping students develop a personalized plan to gain the skills and experience needed to succeed.

Consultants

Instructional Technology Consultants are University of Richmond students who work in the Technology Studio, helping peers and faculty use tools like virtual reality, 3D printing, large-format printing, and multimedia editing. In this hands-on role, they explore new technologies, solve creative challenges, and build skills in communication, problem-solving, and technical support. Consultants apply and interview for the role and participate in ongoing training. No prior experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to learn.
