English Language & Culture at the Weinstein Learning Center provides curricular and co-curricular support for international students, exchange students, and students for whom English is not their first language. Support includes courses, one-on-one or group consultations, and resources that enhance students’ academic, cultural knowledge, and intercultural growth. In addition to student support, we provide training and resources for faculty and staff regarding effective engagement with multilingual students.

Consultants

English Language and Culture Consultants are selected through an application and hiring process and complete ongoing training throughout their time in the role. Consultants provide intercultural and English language support via a variety of opportunities, such as workshops, pop-ups, resource distribution, videos, conversation, and intercultural exchanges between U.S. and international students.
